David Goldfisher

Co-Founder, Principal

David brings 30+ years of CMBS experience, having worked on both sides of the lending table. After starting as a CMBS lender at Wells Fargo, he held senior roles at Bear Stearns and ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank.

As the CMBS markets changed in the late 2000s, David co-founded The Henley Group to help borrowers navigate complex debt challenges with a clear strategy and a strong voice.

He starts by understanding the borrower and what each stakeholder needs, then identifies where interests align and where a different solution might open a path forward that accomplishes the goals of all parties.

David holds an MBA from George Washington University, a B.S. from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and Series 7 and 63 licenses. David has also served on numerous boards and held leadership roles within his communities.

Outside work, he enjoys physical activity including coaching and playing competitive sports, cooking, and travel with family and friends.
