Co-Founder, Principal
Tammy Goldfisher brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to her role as Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at The Henley Group. She provides analytical and tactical guidance on complex loan workouts, drawing on her expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, integrative CMBS financial and restructuring pedigree and willingness to out-work and out- last her competitors.
Tammy began her career in institutional commercial lending at Shawmut Bank and Trust, where she developed a passion for analyzing private and public companies. She later joined a start-up bank, helping grow its asset base while reducing its troubled real estate portfolio. Her involvement in the early CMBS markets included financing transactions with CIBC, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Goldman Sachs, as well as sourcing institutional equity sources.
As Co-Founder of The Henley Group, Tammy is a respected veteran in the CMBS industry. She continues to believe that forging working relationships with Lenders and Servicers is the path to resolution. Her ability to interpret complex market data and assess evolving servicer strategies and bondholder positions shapes the firm’s customized loan workout solutions.
Tammy holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a full-scholarship athlete and team captain. Outside of work, she shares adventures with her young adult children, travels the globe, mentors DI athletes and is a sports agent for an emergent international pickleball player. Faith, family and community are the foundational pillars anchoring her personal and professional decisions.
